The first dog is found at the start of the game near the spawn room. Go upstairs from Richtofen’s Lab and enter the New Industries room. The head is in the corner adjacent to a wooden desk. The second dog head is at the same location that it was in the original Mob of the Dead map. It is upstairs in the center of the prison, right in between the two wings.
